  1. Q: Why do I have to confirm my email address ?
    A: When ads are posted with an email address (which is not mandatory by the way), then you need to confirm the address, so we can be sure that it's indeed the address of the person who posted the ad. To confirm the address, please use the link from the email that was sent to you right after posting the ad. The ad is shown right after posting, but you can be contacted by mail (if you chose so) only after the email has been confirmed.
  2. Q: Can I extend the availability of the ad I posted ?
    A: Yes, the availability of ads can be extended as many times as needed, but it can be done only when there are at most 2 day until expiry. For extending the period of availability of an ad, go to the detail page of the ad and use the "Extend availability" button. You will need the password that you entered when you posted the ad.
  3. Q: I have posted an ad but it doesn't show up when I'm searching. How can it be found ?
    A: The database is processed periodically for optimizing searches and the newly posted ads are accessible for search in an hour at most. But depending on the moment in which you posted your ad, it can take much less.
  4. Q: I don't see the email address in the ad update form. How can I change it ?
    A: The email address is not shown in the ad update form for security reasons (in order to protect you from spam messages). If you still want to change the address, please contact us by using the contact form and specify the reference number of the ad for which you want to change the address (you can find it in the ad detail page) and the new email address.
  5. Q: How can I obtain a serial number so I can post a premium ad ?
    A: Currently, for obtaining a serial number needed for posting a premium ad, please contact us using the contact form and specify that you wish to post a premium ad. We will communicate the steps needed for this.
  6. Q: I can't find the category I'm looking for. What can I do ?
    A: In the "Category" menu you will find a "Suggest a new category" link at the end of the list. This will open the contact form preset with the category "Suggest a new category". Please specify in the "Message" field the name of the new category and the administrators will add it.
